- Pool Cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming and removal of dirt, leaves, etc.);
- Water Testing with Digital and Analysed Recorded Results;
- Chemical Testing and Refilling when required;
- Pool Equipment Checking ;
- Checking of plumbing, pipes and joints for leaks and cracks &
- General Pool Maintenance and Upkeep Advice.
- Pump Repairs and/or Replacements;
- Leak Detection and Repairs subject to quote approval &
- Resurfacing and Repairs subject to quote approval.
- Because a pond is a ‘closed’ system, it is not regularly refreshed with fresh water (ie. a river) so one needs to create an enclosed ecosystem that would treat the water.
- We offer our services for pond consultations and recommended treatment options.
- Filtration System Maintenance;
- Filter Cleaning/Replacement when required;
- Cleaning of Interior Walls;
- Drain and Refill (with startup chemicals) when required;
- Plumbing Inspection & Repairs subject to approval of quote;
- Water Testing & Chemical Addition when required;
- General Repairs/Replacement/Installation to Reticulation Pump, Heating Element/Heat Pump, Filter, Plumbing, Spa Jets & Air Blower subject to quote approval;
- Fibreglass Patching or Relining;
- Acrylic Parching &
- Removal and relocation of built in/dug into the ground spa baths. This will require excavation/construction work and complete re-plumbing. Not applicable to stand alone units & subject to quote approval.
